Mackintosh Branding is a strategic marketing, branding and communications agency based in Heerlen and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 14114197.

Which data we process
We only process the personal data you provide to us yourself or that is necessary for our services. Depending on the contact, this may include:
- first and last name;
- company name and job title;
- email address and phone number;
- address and billing details;
- the content of messages you send us via email, phone or social media;
- data needed to carry out an assignment, such as supplied image and text material and channel login details;
- technical data about your visit to our website, as described in our cookie statement.
Why we process your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- to draw up and carry out a quote or agreement;
- to deliver our services, invoice and keep our records;
- to keep you informed about our services, when you have given consent;
- to comply with legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation;

Data relating to an assignment or agreement is kept for the duration of the collaboration. Our financial records are subject to the statutory retention period of seven years. Data we process on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw that consent.
Sharing with third parties
Mackintosh Branding does not sell your data to third parties and only shares it when necessary for our services or to comply with a legal obligation.
For certain work we engage service providers, such as an accountant, hosting party, email and software suppliers or other specialists. Where the law requires it, we make data processing agreements with these parties so your data is well protected with them too.
